Three ways to receive your order
Yard collection — free
Pick up directly from the seller's yard. Most pieces are ready within 24 hours of payment. You'll receive collection details, opening hours and a contact name as soon as the order is confirmed.
Palletised UK delivery — from £85
Pieces under 250 kg are crated, strapped to a pallet and delivered kerbside by our specialist freight partners. Lead time is 3–7 working days nationwide.
White-glove trade delivery — quoted
For trade members, full slabs and large architectural pieces. Two-person crew, A-frame transport, in-room placement. Lead time 5–10 working days.

What to expect on the day
You'll get a four-hour delivery window the day before, and a 30-minute call ahead from the driver. Someone over 18 must be present to sign and inspect. Please check the piece against the listing before signing — note any damage on the consignment note.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it on the pallet before unwrapping and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a full refund or a replacement match.
