The 14-day guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery (or collection) to return any piece for a full refund — for any reason. The piece simply needs to be in the condition you received it.
How to return a piece
- Open a return from your account within 14 days of receipt
- Choose collection from your address or drop-off at the original yard
- We arrange the freight and refund within 5 working days of return
Return shipping
Returns from yard collection are free. For palletised and white-glove deliveries, return freight is charged at cost — typically £85–£220 depending on weight and destination. We'll quote upfront before booking.
Free cancellations
You can cancel any order at no cost up to the moment it leaves the yard. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
What can't be returned
- Pieces that have been cut, polished, drilled or otherwise modified
- Bespoke matched batches sourced specifically for your project
- Reclaimed pieces sold "as-seen" with explicit waiver (clearly marked at checkout)
Buyer protection
Every order is covered by StoneCycle Buyer Protection. If a piece doesn't match its listing — wrong material, dimensions out by more than 5 mm, undisclosed damage — we'll issue a full refund and cover return freight, no questions asked.
