How sellers get paid
Funds are held in escrow until 48 hours after delivery or collection — then released automatically to the seller's UK bank account. Payouts settle within one further working day.
Trade invoicing
Members of the StoneCycle Trade Programme can pay on 30-day invoice terms with a single consolidated monthly statement. VAT is itemised per order, and each invoice carries the full provenance trail for your project records.
Pricing & VAT
Listed prices are excluding VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout where applicable. Trade members can apply reverse-charge where eligible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of a return being received and inspected.
Security
Payments are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. We're PCI-DSS compliant and use 3-D Secure on every card transaction. Your card details are never stored by StoneCycle.
